Our growing staffing company specializing in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a full-time position with their team in Western MA. Interested candidates should have at least 2 years of Technical Recruiting experience or a technical background in Application Development or Network Infrastructure, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter
- Directly source technology candidates through the use of our database, job boards, social media and networking.
- Find candidates, conduct phone screens and arrange interviews.
- Work from our office, as well as from your remote home office.
- Meeting clients and candidates.
- Attend network events.
Requirements of the Technical Recruiter
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of Technical recruiting experience preferred, OR a technical background in Application Development or Network Infrastructure with a strong a desire to succeed
- Experience in Campus Recruiting
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as have a strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities is a MUST
- Great follow-up skills
- Must be tenacious, self-motivated and able to manage your time and have a sense of urgency
- A track record of successful candidate engagement and assessment capabilities including being adaptable, personable, and able to tech-talk with ease
- Knowledge of Eastern/Central Mass area and the ability to meet with candidates, clients, attend networking events in the area etc.
