  • Must have 5 years of dedicated Salesforce Administrator experience
  • 2 years of Software development experience
  • Must have Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
  • Additional certifications are a plus:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Community Cloud
  • Be able to work with customers to understand their unique business needs and objectives
  • Demonstrates the ability to follow a software development methodology
  • Discover, document and analyze key client organization processes and requirements to properly define gaps between the current state and desired state
  • Perform testing to ensure the solution meets design specifications and achieves business requirements and objectives
  • Effective delivery of client communications, presentations, training and demos following company guidelines and templates
  • Demonstrates the ability to design Salesforce solutions that will support future enhancements (e.g. doesn’t design solutions that are difficult to maintain or expand).
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve complex logical and functional Salesforce problems
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the following areas:
    • All main Salesforce functionality (e.g., navigation panel, person accounts, standard Salesforce objects and their use)
    • Field creation capabilities (all Salesforce field types)
    • Creating custom objects
    • Page Layouts
    • Flows:
      • Workflow
      • Process Builder
      • Visual Flows
    • Security:
      • Role Hierarchy
      • Profiles
      • Sharing Rules
      • Permission Sets
    • Manipulation and loading of data into Salesforce from outside sources
    • Process rules (Sales processes, Lead assignment rules, Case assignment rules)
    • Validation Rules
    • Use of Record Types
    • External input to Salesforce (e.g., Web to Lead and Web to Case)
    • Knowledge enablement
    • Business and Operational Reports/Dashboards (including the ability to create Custom Record Types)
    • L ightning
    • Implementation of external apps in Salesforce (e.g., app exchange, managed apps, CTI solutions)
    • Communities
    • Sales and Service console development and implementation
