Our client, a leading financial institution in the Franklin County area of Western MA is seeing an administrator for their Marketing department to fill in for a person going on leave. You will have a month to work side-by-side with the incumbent, ensuring a smooth transition. Duties to be performed are:

Administrative:

Pay Bills

Data Entry (reporting)

Premium coordination / management

Advertising compliance coordination

Proofreading / editing

Business Card ordering

Sign ordering (Kane Graphical - compliance, wall and desk inserts)

Coordination of sponsored race participants

Buzz Points Local Business Database maintenance

New hire photos

Events:

Events calendar management

Staffing coordination (internal)

Event coordination (with agency/business/onsite staff)

Onsite event setup/tear-down coordination (as-required)

Tent coordination

Event staffing coverage (working events)

Content Creation / Editing:

Graphics / copy for Social Media

Ad sizing / resizing for Contributions

Video development for Social Media / Website

Long-form content for Social Media

Web changes / updates (I anticipate this need to increase following our SEO improvement work and potential site redesign)

Content calendar management

Misc. photography (business card headshots, events)

Photoshop: Image editing

InDesign/Illustrator: Graphics creation (ex: Yearbook, advertisements, counter cards)

Reporting:

Checking account reporting for branches (new dashboard)

Social media analytics reporting

Web analytics
