RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)        Manage the day to day running of the Service/Aftersales department

2)        Liaising with customers and provide recommendations for spares and upgrades

3)        Liaising with customers re maintenance contracts, breakdowns, any other requirements

4)        Liaising with CVE UK to ensure customer requirements are achieved, addressed and/or supported

5)        Ensure customer enquiries are being dealt with and responded to in a timely manner

6)        Assist with identifying spares for quotation purposes

7)        Raising and sending quotations

8)        Processing Purchase Orders and providing order progress updates to customers

9)        Assist with packing goods for shipping

10)     Coordinating works to, and with, Field Engineers

11)     Maintain a high level of customer service

12)     Managing Field Engineers travel and accommodation

13)     Record keeping; customer files and equipment calibration records

THE potential candidate:

           Will be able to effectively communicate to customers and colleagues both verbally and written

           Be a team player, support the Aftersales team in achieving their objectives and goals

           Be proactive, using initiatives at all times to ensure customer’s expectations are met

           Will know how to prioritise work

           Will have the ability to work under pressure

           Will have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and general computer literacy

           Will have a desire to deliver excellent customer service

           Will have a very good attention to detail

           Will be ambitious

           Will have an interest in technology or Engineering
